Terms of Service

THEO Homeschool ("THEO," "we," "us") provides a Christ-centered homeschool curriculum, planning, and community platform for families. By creating an account or using the demo, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for the information you submit, the activity that happens under your login, and supervising any students who use your family account. Keep your credentials private.

You agree to use THEO in a way that honors other families. Don't upload harmful, illegal, or harassing content. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.

Family plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; the plan stays active through the end of the paid period. Refunds within 14 days of initial purchase, no questions asked.

All curriculum, worksheets, illustrations, and printable PDFs are owned by THEO and licensed to your family for personal, non-commercial use. You may print and use materials with the students on your account. Redistribution, resale, or use by other families requires written permission.

You retain ownership of posts you share in The Commons. By posting, you grant THEO a non-exclusive license to display them within the platform. We may remove content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

THEO is an educational tool, not a substitute for legal homeschool registration in your state. You are responsible for meeting the homeschool requirements in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. We'll notify families by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
